General Meeting of Shareholders

The General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) is the highest level decision-making forum for shareholders. GMS is also a platform for the shareholders to use their rights to obtain information, voice opinions, and extend questions, as long as the matters are relevant to the GMS agenda and in compliance with the company’s Articles of Association and the applicable laws and regulations. For a public company, the arrangement of GMS is stipulated by the company’s Article of Association, Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 15/POJK.04/2020 of 2020 on Planning and Organizing General Meeting of Shareholders of Public Company, and Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 16/POJK.04/2020 of 2020 on the Implementation of General Meeting of Shareholders of Publicly Listed Companies by Electronic Means.
