Whistleblowing Mechanism

PT Alamtri Minerals Indonesia Tbk ("AMI" or "the Company") applies the principles of Good Corporate Governance and the Company values consistently across all activities conducted to optimize the achievement of AMI's goals and prevent actions that may harm the Company.

Accordingly, the employees and other stakeholders are requested to contribute proactively by reporting to the Company through the whistleblowing system (WBS) in the event that they find any action or potential action with regards to the following:

2. Bribery / Gratification
3. Fraud
4. Theft / Embezzlement
5. Extortion
6. Forgery
7. Conflict of Interest
8. Harassment
9. Violation of the Law
10. Violation of the Company Regulations / Collective Labour Agreements

This WBS is professionally managed by an independent party (Deloitte) and is provided by AMI as a channel to report any fraud or wrongdoings in the work environment, either anonymously or non-anonymously, through the following communication channels:

Protection for the Informers

AMI provides protection for the informers by always keeping their identity confidential. AMI ensures that the reports made will not impact on the informers’ security and offers options to the informers to make the reports anonymously or otherwise.
